What's different from last year?

It's at the Brazil(ian) Room in Berkeley instead of the Rusty Pelican in Alameda.
It starts at 7pm (an hour earlier) and ends at 11pm so everyone can be in bed by midnight.
Beer and wine (as well as food and soft drinks) will be served. It will not be BYOB like last year.
Chris Seiwald's underemployed brother is doing the ticketing, instead of Trina.

What's the same as last year?

It's $20 a head.
Ex-Ingres employees and their "others" invited, plus all the poor folks at Sybase who don't have a party of their own. And, of course, anyone else with $20. Computer Associates employees who feel a certain oneness with Ex-Ingres are, of course, also welcome.

What else?

We're going to have a fresh run of the Ex-Ingres Web T-shirts for sale, since jpk dropped the ball after the wake. They're $10, cash on the barrel.

For tickets:

Your choices are four:
- Mail Jeff a check before December 1st, and get your tickets by return mail.
- Mail Jeff a check after December 1st, and let him know you did so. Your name will be on a list at the door.
- Meet Jeff when he comes to visit your company (if you want to set up such a meeting, contact him).
- Show up the night of the party unannounced, and send us all through a living hell as we try to collect money while making sure former Ingres/Net programmers aren't pocketing the silverware.

Bonehead directions:

Go up Centennial Drive (above U.C. Berkeley) to Grizzly Peak Blvd (5 min). Cross Grizzly Peak onto Golf Course Drive, and follow it to Shasta Road (2 min). Right on Shasta Road to Wildcat Canyon Road (30 sec). Cross Wildcat Canyon road into the Brazil Building parking lot.
